Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as oils, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your have not yet receive your package
1) Follow up with the post office in regards to your order.
2) Please do give the post office some time to ship your orders.
3) If you have not received any update, please check the carriers website and request a follow up on your package.
4) Once the package is no longer in our possession, we have no control once the carrier receive the package.
4) If you still have not received any update or information about your package you can then reach out to us and we will proceed with the next step.
